This is by far the best experience I have ever had and all the years of moving! I am a 69-year-old woman, and I live by myself so it was hard enough to do all my packing, but when Toni and Andy arrived they move very quickly, efficiently and carefully! 
I really want to complement their hard work, but also their kindness as when they saw that I was physically in pain because I have a handicapped leg they were very concerned as if they were my family! This moving company was fantastic. They were on time, fast, protected all my furniture and so nice. I would use them again for sure.

Fast, efficient, careful. They did a great job for a great price. They brought packing supplies and packed the apartment super quick. They then moved and unpacked. Nothing broke!

The gentlemen worked efficiently and were so careful with the items they handled as we moved my mother-in-law to a new apartment. This can be very stressful for an older person, but when they moved the items into the new place, they were so patient, ensuring everything was where she wanted it and had arrived in perfect condition.

This is my fourth move with Golden Bay - wouldn’t have it any other way! Friendly, prompt, careful, communicative. Always a good experience.

I had an incredible moving experience with golden bay relocation! They called me when they were on their way and were super friendly. They quickly packed up my apartment for me and disassembled furniture so fast! They made my move so stress free and easy I would use them again for any future moves!!

The movers were lovely and accommodating. We had unexpected construction the day of the move which really made their day a bit harder, however they powered through and never complained about it…(at least not in front of us).

The team was very professional, polite, happy and did a great job. They were also responsive - I rang the day before and explained that once we started packing we realized that we had more stuff than we thought they just said ok, we'll bring the bigger truck. They arrived on time, managed to maneuver the big truck in our little car park to line up the ramp with ours and after I showed them what's going and what wasn't they just got to work. Anything that wasn't already packed they quickly had in boxes and because we had a lot of stuff it took longer than first anticipated but that wasn't a problem. Unloading at the other end was hard work because the house has a steep driveway which they had to haul everything up but they did it easily and also reassembled the bed in record time. Rene and his team were careful not to damage anything or scuff anything at the new place and handled everything expertly. They made it an easy seamless process and I'd definitely use them again. The movers are thorough and very quick. We had a studio apartment they came at 3 pm and finished unpacking at 6:15pm from SF to Oakland.

Hi, these guys were top notch! We worked with Gora, Freddy, Babur & Ali. They took time to listen and work a plan for the move. They were thorough, precise and didn't ding one wall or break anything. They were very kind and sweet. We ended up spending 8 hours with them so that is important and we also moved into a literal glass house so we needed this level of professionalism. A million times better than other movers!

WOW!!!! Sunday 2/27 I had a scheduled move for my two bedroom apartment, the movers were set to show up between the hours of 8am-10 am. 10:15am rolled around, no one showed up, when I called to follow up management explains that they dropped the ball and no one will be coming, I was LIVID as I was moving on an emergency move and they had already took my deposit, so around 11 am I had very little hope I was going to get anything done or get movers to show up the same day schedule and half the day gone already, but the job was no big deal for Bay Area relocation, they showed up and showed out. When I tell you how WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL & EFFICIENT & CAREFUL these three men were. Not only did they show up before their scheduled time they finished the job in a timely manner, it was their second move of the day and they originally only planned to do one but accepted the job at the last minute and I couldn’t be more grateful. Picking the right moving company can be tough   with moving companies, not knowing what kind of movers you’ll get, but here they came with outstanding service. I will continue to use and  refer EVERYONE to golden bay relocation, now this is what EXCELLENT customer service looks like! We had a big job for a single day, and they were efficient, hard-working, and friendly the entire time. They packed our entire apartment, including an exceptionally fragile TV, and completed the whole move without breaking a single dish. We were nervous to use movers, but after a stellar recommendation from a family member, we decided to go for it, and from the very first point of contact, Golden Bay Relocation blew us away. They were so helpful and patient in going over the process with us, and even sent us a guide in how to pack, as well as what to expect on the day of. They were very responsive to any questions we had. On moving day, they arrived on time, and packed, disassembled, moved, unpacked and re-assembled our belongings in less than 4 hours! They also used extreme care in the move, and nothing was damaged or broken. We also had some furniture in boxes that hadn't been assembled yet and they even offered to assemble it for us! Not only that but they provided us with wardrobe boxes for all of the hanging clothes and hung all of the clothes for us once we arrived. After our stellar, and completely stress-free moving experience, we decided we never again want to go without movers in any future moves, and Golden Bay Relocation will be our go-to. A+++

Golden Bay did everything right.  They carefully wrapped and handled all of my furniture at the pickup, and got it safely delivered, unpacked, and assembled at the destination. These guys are great. I would use them again. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. One thing is they should let the customer know that they are responsible for paying for the parking meters. I was moving apartments within my building so I didn't even need a truck. The booking agent should know this and relay this information to the customer ahead of time.

Movers kept handing me items to move, when I paid for 3 hours as the minimum. Took 1 hour overall, so feel like I wasted money.

I have used Roseville Movers twice already. The price was great and the service even better. I had my items removed from one house and delivered to 2 different location. They did not skip a beat! Everything was delivered where it was supposed to be and all in one piece.

I wasn't sure what to expect with my recent move.  I had scheduled Roseville Movers & asked if we could move our moving date up 2 days in advance.  They graciously complied.  They showed up on time & were more thorough than I could have imagined.  Everything was carefully wrapped & transported safely without incident to our new home.
